Here are some helpful hints for using the audio response system:

• The Member ID number is your account number.
• For  information about savings, the system will ask which share account you are interested in:
  • Share 0: Basic savings
  • Share 4: Money Market
  • Share 5: Holiday Club
  • Share 7: Special Savings
  • Vacation: Vacation Club
• For information about checking, select share draft.
• For information about CDs or IRAs, select certificates.
• For information about loans, select loans.
• For information about overdraft/line of credit, select line of credit.
• Once in the account you are interested in, simply follow the voice prompts.
• To return to the previous menu, press #.
